This event will give participants a crash course of what's at stake on the current climate landscape: what local neighborhoods are likely to be most impacted, what decisionmaking bodies are charged with deciding, and how the Bay Area SEC member organizations can play a role in affecting equitable outcomes.
Members will be able to identify the links between global climate change and our local jobs, housing, land use, and transportation work, and will leave trained to facilitate an educational climate change activity for use within your organizations, membership, and communities.
For more information or to RSVP, please email sec@urbanhabitat.org.
