David Brower Center Still Accepting Tenant Applications

Construction of the David Brower Center project is well underway, with an expected move-in date of March 2009 and grand opening in May 2009. Although space is limited, the Center continues to solicit potential tenants. Please contact Jessica Kleiderman at (510) 486-0286 for more information.

The David Brower Center will be a nationally recognized hub for environmental and social change. This LEED Platinum-rated, transit-oriented building in downtown Berkeley will provide permanent gathering and workspace for nonprofit organizations and the greater community.

The Center will feature 50,000 square feet of office space, the Kendeda Gallery, the 180-seat Richard and Rhoda Goldman Theater, meeting and event space, and an organic, California cuisine restaurant. The Center is part of a model, mixed-use development that also includes affordable housing, public parking, and street-level retail.
