Dec. 4: Worry-Free Advocacy Training for Nonprofits
Alliance for Justice is holding a one-day advocacy training for nonprofits on Tuesday, December 4, 2007. During this workshop for nonprofit managers, staff, and volunteers, attorney-trainers will teach you the rules regarding lobbying such as: What is lobbying? How much can a 501(c)(3) lobby? What are the State rules and regulations nonprofits need to be aware of? What types of election-related activity can 501(c)(3)s and 501(c)(4)s engage in? and much, much more.
