Dec. 4: Community Meeting to Discuss Public School System

The Bay Area Coalition for Equitable Schools (BayCES), in collaboration with the East Bay Community Foundation (EBCF), invites the public to a discussion with Michael Moore, Senior Change Leader for Oakland Unified School District about the district's plans for creating an exceptional public school system. The District believes that an informed and engaged community is critical to the success of its schools and encourages the public to attend and share its questions, experiences, and ideas.  The meeting will be held at the East Bay Community Foundation, De Domenico Building, 200 Frank H. Ogawa Plaza, Oakland, CA 94612 on Tuesday, December 4, 2007 from 3 pm to 5 pm.
