Merritt College Partners to Protect Shoreline

The Brower-Dellums Institute for Sustainable Policy Studies at Merritt College has been working with the North Richmond Shoreline Open Space Alliance to protect the shoreline open space and access for environmental justice communities. The institute is also working with community and elected officials to support neighborhood-based housing and economic opportunity along what will become the park front. The current focus is on the General Plan process.
